This is an ongoing work in progress. I will update it as I have new information. Please feel free to add any suggestions, comments or upcoming releases I haven't found yet. I am noting all variations of all releases that I have found.

To my knowledge Steelbook is the only company currently producing metal cases in the G4 size. If Flashback isn't indeed a G4 size, or a Steelbook, I will remove/annotate once I receive my copy.

There are two distinct versions of the game that include Steelbook, as I've seen with other releases there is a high potential for variations in the Steelbook between the two releases. Again, once I receive my copies and/or confirmation on size and variations I will update the OP.

Your post was ill timed for my reservations also

Oh, I think it will be better to do like SBCollectorAl does. Just post updates at the end so we can sync our lists accordingly

The Mercenary Kings / Flinthook dual Steelbook is sold out. Your only hope to get one now will be on eBay around August when they ship from LRG.

I've added links to the two sources I've found for the clear protective cases. They both appear to be the same exact cases. Feel free to let me know of any other sources you've found for G4 sized protection and I'll add them too.
