I get your point, I hope you get your message across and Ubi does compensate you with a free copy and an extra Press release or Limited 1/1 Canvas of Ezio...

Good luck with that, my freedom edition wasnt delivered or refunded for 4 weeks - i called 10 times and they didnt give a damn - the worst service i have ever received from anyone

I hope someone from ubisoft reads these posts (not holding my breath though). I dont usually swear but ubisoft are fucking retards plain and simple. Ubistore, ubiworkshop, ubisoft - doesnt matter what they called themselves its all bullshit.

Got the standard edition today as well

This is fucking retarded. They better refund or sort out this shit. I'm not paying 25 GBP for the standard artbook when it's available for less at other places with free shipping direct to me thrown in.

False advertising and misrepresentation. Not to mention their total screw up has delayed my steelbook which really pisses me off.

How have they managed to severely fuck this up!? What a bunch of fucking retards... I'm going to call them in a minute. Will report back soon!

Just got off the phone to Tom! He said he is going to contact the next level of the Customer service team and will get back to me regarding this issue. I asked how long I can expect to be waiting on this issue as and he said, I will hear back from him tonight.

I also said, well I am not the only person who has had this issue and I swear I heard a sigh! XD Who else has moaned to Tom today? Let's make a club! ^o^

While i do not wish to dash your hopes but the 'next level of support' are absolute shite. They do NOTHING AT ALL

Tom is helpful, he was the one that finally got me a refund after 4 weeks for the freedom edition. BUT thats only after my case was with 'the next level of support' for 2 weeks

Yeah, I have no hope what so ever with "next level support". I have had a query pending with a guy Ian and all I need is a fucking address for a UK office to send a Freedom Ed back to. Told them that it's disgusting that they expect me to foot the bill for a damaged item to be sent back to Germany. Would cost half the price of the game to send the damn thing back! >.< I queried that case with Tom too, so that's 2 cases currently open with them. Has been with Ian now for about 2-3 weeks...

If I haven't heard today, I will call again tomorrow and tell them to sort this shit out or I'll open a claim to get my money back with paypal.

For anybody who may be reading this in the future and find this post through a google search, don't order from Ubishop because they shit! Pay the little extra and order from ANYWHERE else! Even Zavvi's service is better than this...

I rang them today in London and I was told that there are a few left for grab. Yes it costs more but you see that the whole waiting and confusion is really nerve recking. And again I mentioned before that the book was very well packed and was dispatched super quickly.

I'm in the US, buying from FP would cost me $80 plus shipping, more than double what I paid for the group buy with vhal.
