It is just way to pricy for me.. I think it should be able to buy it with out all those extra stuff to change.. It is not something I would use anyways..
I guess I am just more to statue instead of these kind of expensive action figurine..

I prefer statues as well theto

That being said this action figure wouldn't be so bad if I got it although it is expensive

So we all prefer statues to figures and that's why we are bad people for calling out there lack of license

Well fire figures said in one of there hidden Facebook posted half way down in a comment box

They mention they are in talk with UBisoft
"We are already in talks with UBisoft" is what they right

Whether this is about acquiring a license or about the point that they are unlicensed and should shut down, is yet unknown, and also which branch of UBisoft they are in discussion with it also unknown

So they could acquire a license before these are due to ship
But would that mean that they are licensed figures?
As then the figures would have to he submitted for scale and accuracy testing in order to be licensed ? ?surely?

It's been very weird.. I thought you are supposed to do your talks, show prototype samples to the company and acquire the license before you can even showing it to the public and start taking pre-orders.

If they had already been in talks, wouldn't they have said it before. The post about "Holding Talks with Ubisoft" only came after I posted my pics on their page.

All seems very shady to me..

Right but Ubisoft is crazy litigious aren't they?

They must be aware of it now so why haven't they shut it down?

They will certainly have the power to force its close

I think the talks have only started because of you and the rest of us contacting UBisoft directly

UBisoft probably sees it as free extra money, charge the company a license fee and a percentage of royalties per sale = free income

Probably what Lowly said. If Ubisoft is going to make money out of this, why not give them the license? How much will the license cost depends on both them.

I wonder what happened to the Hot Toys license, maybe we will understand the situation a little better.

Still waiting for V's contact to update here and whoever else has contacted Ubisoft. They could also be not allowed to say for the time being. Just hoping everything reaches a conclusion soon

I contacted five desperate heads of or but doubt I'll get a response
I also put the question through the customer service channels who said I will eventually get a response
I assumed hot toys decided to give up the license but who knows
