Where is the information about that item from?
I did not know and nobody ever said that the launch kit was sold
But only handed out (given) to attendees to the launch event

I got this from "just4games", they had to of this for sale and this is were i got the information. They are located in Canada so i guess they have some knowledge of this, but it's only the information i have been given

By the way, I've also never heard of this book being sold. As far as I know, they only gave the book away at the launch party in Canada.
