In the german UbiSoft Forums one of the Community Manager asked for our order numbers but I don't have much hope.

It'll get escalated to "Next Level Support" which is no better than the people who you get through to when you call up! XD

My dispute with the Freedom Edition was with "Next Level Support" for a week before anything happened and then I only got rebounded back to "First Level Support".

Let us know when you know more!

I just spoke to tom and he said he would ask next level to see what they are doing with this sort of thing
and it would take 10-15 minutes
So I am calling back in 20 minutes

I just called them and spoke to Netty who, whenever I ask to be put through to Tom, she never does...

Anyway, I was told that the issue was still up with the "Higher Level Support" monkey's which I assume are the monkeys which are higher up than the "Next Level Support" monkeys...

I then asked if the Ubishop Support team would be working the weekend and if I can expect a response from them over the weekend regarding this issue. The answer was pretty much no and I won't hear anything from them until Monday or Tuesday (If at all IMO).

Will call them again on Monday Evening and see.

They where 6 foot beyond a window
I shall visit tomorrow and ask to see them up close
But wont be able to buy even 1 as I need a tooth out and glasses this week
