Would like that steel book, but I don't particularly want to import it with the game. Would like just the steel and the soundtrack, or even just the steel. Anybody know if there is a way to get just the sterile?

Got mine today, it's beautiful.

CDJapan is my new fav shop! Awesome packaging, everything in perfect condition - just what you want.

Dunno, according to the CDJapan site where I bought it from it says it has both English subtitles & voices.
