Can be preordered now via Amazon.co.jp, but only by 3rd party sellers. The only one that ships outside japan sells at 94800¥ (850$) + S&H. Pure scalper's prices here.
I don't know if Amazon's own copies are gone or not yet for sale

Is this DS3 Prestige Edition all over again?

Rakuten has the collector's edition as "?????????" or "Items that can not be ordered". Is it gone already?
