Is it a 4th steelbook? Because the color on promo looks different from France one.

Use the CAG link & it works fine.

Yes, it works to add it to the card.
But after you add it to the card if you click the product (in your card) it takes to a 404 page

That 404 page was why I was questioning its reliability. That and it says delivery date pending unlike the game+steelbook which has the release date. So, time will tell.

After you order it, it does show release date
