I just use the generic clear bags that have the adhesive seal. Usually seal them in the basement so there's minimal humidity trapped in there with it.

For total overkill you could also buy a camera case, get some slim foam mats and put the steelbooks in there. (of course not before you wrapped each steelbook in a steelbook bag and enclosed it in two layers of slipcases
)
