Dont think it will be exclusive from them, but yes, you do get a dynamic theme.

Checked a unboxing vid an his had a bunch of small micro scratches. Does yours have them?

Mine did too. I picked it up at Best Buy and the employee was not treating it well. It is not wrapped or packaged at all, just shipped bare metal exposed
