Yes they charge you full at checkout and you order it yourself as they ship to all PAL territories like I did for Agarest: GoW Zero CE last year.

I can't remember exactly how the packaging was but I don't recall a bad experience and the game arrived in good condition though I didn't keep mine sealed.
This is the way they charge you for your order:

well that's quite alright for £2.92 and arrive in good condition.. as long as it is not packed in a jiffy bag..

It'll arrive in a box with protective stuffing inside, but they charge you Shipping&Handling plus Tax!
So that's £2.92 + £7.24 = £10.16
Not sure if Fate will cost exactly that but it's an indication.
And £2.92 for P&H would be really cheap for a direct company distribution compared to any US companies!

When Ghostlight were releasing Persona 3 CE I mentioned to them that the packaging for prior releases were quite poor, they used jiffy bags and arrived damaged.

Ross at Ghostlight ( Great guy by the way) fixed that and sent Persona 3 CE out in boxes, I can ask f they will do something similar again this time.

I don't know about you guys, but here is a little something that I got on pre-order for a couple of months now. Release is due in May.

RRP: 13,000 Yen and is already "sold out" for a while now.

Yeah I preorder this but I cancel because I don't think I could afford the shipping
