Yeah, I can't wait. It also looks like the best of the bunch so far.

Then weeks go by and I email them about the continued delay. I had always corresponded with a person named Walle Li but this time a different Triforce rep named Jamie Choi answered about the further delay with "warehouse issues." I have emailed twice since then with no human response and Jamie Choi's email as well as Walle Li gives a canned response of please email "help@projecttriforce.com for any assistance." Almost like those seats are now vacant and thought maybe I should look to getting my hundreds of dollars back too. I guess I have not done so because I (perhaps foolishly) take some assurance in that Triforce is a major player with long history supplying collectibles to large vendors and somehow that makes me feel like they wouldn't screw an end consumer like me. Plus I have directly bought from them some of their Batman collectibles with no problems and good support. I'm conflicted now whether to wait longer or follow your lead and call the bank for my credit card payment refund.

Cheers JC

Anyone here able to get anything out of Triforce in the past month? I have sent multiple contacts through web form, as well as direct emails to help@projecttriforce.com and no responses. Also I tried both contact phone numbers on their website which answer "this phone number no longer in service." I was hoping to avoid going through my VISA bank for refund on Jacob (I still want the statue) but looking inevitable. I can't find anything official that they've gone under but sure seems like it. I got my final payment refunded. No luck on the down payment due to how long ago it was. F that company. My collection will be if you think so without that statue. Nvm it looks completely different from the prototype

I think they are out of business. If you look on glass door, there are comments from ex-employees last year saying terrible place to work and upper management running company into ground and they thought it wouldn't last. Now no correspondence is returned and if you call phone numbers on site, it says number no longer in service. Looks like even though website is active, lights are out and nobody is home. I got my final payment refunded too. I guess premium Jacob wasn't meant to be. I do see international sellers on eBay who say they have them in hand and are charging $1k+US but that's way too much for me.

They've more or less been unresponsive for the past 2-3 years. I will never buy direct from them again after I got fucked over on a preorder that will likely never ship. I will purchase their mass produced CEs if I like the looks once they hit less than $50 on Amazon (such as the Battlefield 1, Recore, and Mirror's Edge Catalyst CEs).

Hell, Playtonic Games can't even get ahold of them properly:

We have made contact with Project Triforce but it has so far yet to supply any update or information on when the Yooka-Laylee Collector Boxie is shipping. We are chasing repeatedly to find out when it will make this available. We’re aiming to provide an update at the end of December or in the first week of the New Year.

I have Triforce full-scale Batarang from clearance a few years ago which was worth the couple hundred I paid (originally $750US I think which was way too much). Otherwise I tend to just go after premium scale Assassins Creed items when they appear well made. The legendary Bayek and Purearts Premium Connor which I own are good examples and Triforce Jacob in its early prototype seemed to be on par with those other items in my collection which is why I preordered it. Too bad it won't happen because of their problems as I would have enjoyed it. Although the latest paint mock ups on Youtube look like a step backward from the original prototype (not that it matters).

Cheers

JC

With those Darksiders II Death Statues on eBay I have to assume they went out of business. Also while I love the 1/3rd scale statue for $200 shipped the paint was really not on a good level (really bad CC and just bad painting in general).
