Resident Evil 6 Collectors Edition announced

Just received my NHL edition. Very nice contents. Piece of shit outer box. Outer box is brown cardboard, typical brown box. With a slipcover over it, that looks like it was printed and stuck together in two seconds (mine is badly aligned) going to message gamestop and request a replacement slipcover. I'm sure they could easily print another out, and glue it properly this time xx

Gamestop have only just dispatched the NHL ED which I'm forwarding to somebody. >.< Can we have some pics of your's please Vhal?

The review is mix between good and bad. So I am glad I didn't bother with the preorder. I wouldn't mind getting the European version, but I will wait until the price drop.

Outer box image:




box inside the slipcover is a plain brown shipping type box and slipcover is thin shiny paper, and badly glued together.

I unstuck the slipcover after that picture was taken, and restuck the slipcover properly... but now the damn thing doesn't fit over the brown box So they obviously made them quickly and haphazardly, not realising they wouldn't fit, and that, plus rushing, caused them to be glued badly.

Shoddy to say the least... What's the quality of the contents like?

The contents are REALLY nice. Like, no joke. The game is the steelbook edition (as expected) but luckily, unlike the GAME CE, has the game inside the steelbook, with the slipcover over it.

The metal sign is really nice, good quality, similar to the RE:ORC sign, but smaller of course.

The jumper is really nice, haven't fully taken it out yet as I fear it won't go back in the bag properly if I do, but it appears really nice quality.

and last but not least, the bullet USB stick is really lovely. Actually made of metal (I'm sure!) and comes in a lovely presentation box, with the Resident Evil 6 logo printed on top

Very pleased with the contents.
