From what I can tell from the sticker on the front, it was given to people who purchased a copy of Phantom Hourglass and a Nintendo DSL system together. Maybe the Gold PH DSL bundle? 0.o I couldn't tell you which stores were giving these away at the time though! >.< that's as much info as I have about it! XD

Just ordered a couple of Mass Effect Litho's from the bioware store (Attack Europe & Prothean Battle) they drooped the price of these and they are having a thanksgiving sale at the moment, 20% off so it was $40 for both....They used to retail at $40 each so a good deal imo.
