I didn't have to return the last one, just rip the number off and send them pictures but its annoying non the less. This one was packed well and I can't see how the damage could have been done through shipping which makes it look like it was this way to begin with

Unfortunately this is the most common form of damage from treehouse to my knowledge

They're warehouse people must damage them when packing as most arrive with the shipping materials undamaged

Yeah they really don't know what they're doing, this is 3 out of 4 lithos damaged now. The only good one was the Sam Spratt which if I remember rightly was sent from their offices. Wonder what my replacement Skyrim one will look like

Ryan did day they were trying a diff approach to packing through using a dedicated person so I guess they know there's problems...

Shit when precious things get damaged however it happens...

It has looooooaaaaaaaaads of creases it which usually happens when they're folded to tightly but this wasn't so I think it was packed already damaged

It turns out I can't get a replacement for the 2nd damaged Fallout litho. I can either destroy it for a refund or take a 50% discount to keep it, considering it has a hole in the corner there's only really one option.

I mean really, who the hell sends a print out with a hole in it; not a small hole either, I can fit my finger through it so there's no way they wouldn't have seen the damn thing.

I'm washing my hands of this fucking company!!

I've been disappointed quite a bit with some of the lithos I've received as well

The strangest thing is though it's almost never damage from shipping but from packing them in the first place which is ridiculous

I can only imagine the headache and hassle international customers have to go through on this things

Depends how bad the damage is.

I had a crease in the corner of one of my Dishonored lithos and I got 25% partial refund.
