That's a Japanese guide book for AC brotherhood on the left side.

It was rather cheap so I couldn't resist getting it. Mainly for the artwork as I can't read a word of japanese

lol I already have one, but I find it hard to believe that he got one recently for $30 sealed as nothing shows up in completed listings! lol

Yup. Especially when there are listings for around 80GBP for sealed ones, people tend to follow suit on ebay and list it at around a similar price to listings already on there. So I call BS until I see the completed listing where it was bought for $30 sealed.
