Yes he did. But so long as I get a deck in my W3 collection I don't mind

I'm in the same boat as you and can't seem to find any information online about availability in the United States. I called my local GameStop and the guy on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. I've also posted a couple of inquiries on the official Witcher 3 forums, but haven't received a response back on those either. We seem to be the only region so far that doesn't have this limited edition available for pre-order. I'll keep the forum posted if I get any progress!

Don't worry - The devs tweeted me and said that the US retailers are "still working on their offers" and that we should check back in the next "couple of days".

not sure what "offers" means but I sure hope there's no retailer exclusive DLC or anything!
