I just won that one for a very good price. $178usd and $41usd in shipping. The total with shipping came out cheaper then when it was released. So I don't know if I got people sleeping on this, or if people don't really care about this that much, or if it's not as valuable. Either way I am really excited.

Congrats Rob, that is a very good price!

I think with a product like this, selling it with an auction style is a big NO. It is an incredibly niche collectors piece, and needs to be sold with patience. On Ebay, it would've been best if the seller set it at BIN or best offer. This goes to say for a lot of other products too that are not too popular, such as VGA graded games (unless if it is something like Earthbound or Stadium Events of course). I have seen some auction style listings sell at very low prices for these reasons.

Thanks. Yeah I agree with you. I think it would have been best for him to put a buy it now or best offer option. Also I think he should have waited to at least the end of the year more towards the holiday to sell. I personally believe this will only go up in value as time goes by. But honestly I am really excited to get this one. Now all I have to do is try to get the silver one.

The seller was most likely in a rush to sell it, since he/she kept lowering the price.

The Silver one would be nice. But, the thing that troubles me is that it will not be the last one =/ There will be a couple more, and most likely more expensive.

Yeah I know. Since they sell well they will just keep on producing them. At least the silver one is only limited to 15pcs. So it's basically almost the same as the gold one.

They are planning to release some unique design ones limited to 1 piece! I can't imagine how much that would cost, or if I miss it....

It says on the product page for the silver Drake, that it's limited to 5pcs worldwide...?
