Ubishop did not reply to the dispute whatsoever, even though i kept the dispute open for a few days before escalating to a claim, in the end Paypal forced a refund from them.

Not only did PayPal refund my boos, they refunded the freedom ed too! Free Freedom ed for me! ^^ Just gotta wait 5 days for the refund to appear in my account.

I'm guessing it was Paypal, as he has had a dispute opened for a while now, and Ubisoft are being dicks about this whole situation, seemingly not wanting to refund, so Paypal is forcing the refunds xx

I just hope that Ubisoft do the right thing and refund everyone, I was a couple of days too late to open disputes on the first three orders of the artbook (for my group buy), so if Paypal issues forced refunds for the seven I managed to get opened, I still won't have the ?75 for the first three. Mine was one of the ones after the first three, but I will just make mine one of the first three and not take a refund, and give out the refunds as soon as I can, but for the remaining two that I won't be refunded for, I'll need to sell the books quickly to make up the money to send the refunds that I won't get. And hopefully make up my own refund too, as I am really struggling money-wise right now xx

Ubishop just offered me a refund of a Ubishop voucher if I pay to post the book back lol.

Just opened a PayPal Dispute. Ubishop are a fucking joke.
