Looks like you are right. At least the US box does look nice. When he opened it up I said to myself: That looks empty!
Anyone want to trade a EU edition for a US one?

I disagree, apart from the EU version not having a window box, the box is much better. There's extra detailing that the US box just doesn't have. The best option would've been our sleeve on their box.

Edit: I take "the best option" bit back. I like our box a bit more just because of the finer details (that gold!) and the little familiar sketches. The US box only benefits from being a window box.

Errr, both the US (Namco Edition) and PAL used flimsy cardboard boxes, the Namco Edition was $100 with more contents, they were charge $140+ here with less contents!
PAL got cheated mainly because of pricing imo. Bad enough we missed out on a fair bit of contents.
