Missing Rise of the Tomb Raider Collector's Edition

Rise of the Tomb Raiders is a timed console exclusive. It will not come to PS4 until a year after its XBox One release.

There is no guarantee that Rise of the Tomb Raider will have a Collector's Edition for PC and PS4. Either Square Enix produces more of the statue and included goodies, repackages left over stock from the Xbox release, or ignores it completely.

Its a gamble. For all we know, the CE can be exclusive to Xbox only (since Microsoft helped in production), similar to how the Xbox version of the Witcher III: Wild Hunt CE is superior to the PlayStation's.

If you open your collections, you could purchase the CE and sell the game separately just to be safe. Wish I had better news for those who don't own or prefer the Xbox console.

Not sure if anyone cares or it has been mentioned, but if you preorder the vanilla game from BestBuy (at least in the US) you get:

It looks like a digipak design almost. If you preorder from them, apparently the case costs $29.99 because it splits it out on your receipt as such (to avoid people buying it for the bonus, taking it out, and returning it or something). I want it, but not $48 want it (w/GCU) (or $30 if I returned just the game or something). If the TIV on the game is high enough I might pick it up and trade the game back in, otherwise will just wait til it gets turned in and pick it up used.
