Just chatted with a guy from Amazon.uk, and they said they will receive a new stock of better protected steelbook.

"04:57 AM BST John:

I can see that we are about to receive the new batch of stock for this steelbook from the suppliers in a perfect condition, and we would ship your order once we receive the new stock at our fulfillment center.

As most of our customers have faced similar issues with this item, we have taken this to the supplier's attention to get the new batch of stock for this game in steelbook version."
