Can someone help with this steelbook? Shipping is only to Belgium and Luxemburg, so maybe a group buy?.....

It seems like they started shipping internationally. 13 Euros for express shipping to US.

Edit: Seems to be only available if you buy it with the game (not standalone)

BestBuy has added the Fnac steelbook to their preorder bonus offer so technically all 5 steelbooks (including CE one) are available at Bestbuy, 4 through preorders. Which one you end up getting... pure luck
