Delayed as in, by hours, or by days? Just so I know if I have to keep checking back here all of tonight or not xx

Can anyone get a photo of the actual store when it pops up? I'd love to buy something, but y'know, I'm down under.

Hi all, longtime lurker, first time poster. Wish my first post could have been under better circumstances, however...

The pop-up store SF looks nowhere near ready to open. Been stopping by all day (I work exactly one block away from the storefront), at one point a life-size Lara statue could be seen inside, but now it is just boxes on forklift palettes.

The door was wide open one time I went by, and I poked my head inside to ask when they thought they would be opening. Apart from not even remotely answering my question, the man nearest the door that responded to me was INCREDIBLY rude.

So on top of dropping the ball on opening on time, when I show up to spend literally hundreds of dollars that will pay these people's wages, they treated me with such utter disrespect I almost don't even want to go back (almost).

Disappoint.

Edit: took a pic, will post when I get home to my desktop (posting this from mobile right now).

Yea, I appreciate that. I will definetly be going back tomorrow (on the train out of the city for today), not letting that guy ruin it for me. Hopefully he is just helping setup the store, and won't be involved in customer service.

Hey everyone. I apologize that I can't say anything about it, but the pop-up shops are cancelled.... The art will still be available online, and I'll update with the new details after we get a chance to re-organize a bit. If it turns out that there's anything about the shops that I can say, I'll share that as well.

@unclear: From what little I heard from the ground today, it sounds like everyone there was having a super stressful time. That's no excuse for anyone to be rude, though, and I know that kind of thing lingers and leaves a bad taste. We only sent two people to SF, and it doesn't sound like it was one of ours, but PM me and we'll try to work out something to send you to make up for you having to go away bummed.

Well that's really too bad about the pop-up stores. On the upside though, hopefully we all get a chance at the Tomb Raider giclee now!
