Out of everything thats been mentioned for a collectors edition a ship in a bottle sounds pretty cool to me. Thats something unique & would look good if done right.
Something else i just thought of,i know this would probably be impossible & never happen but,hell it would be so cool. An Assassins Creed Pirate Rum Would nice if filled with a true 100 proof navy rum but,even a nice bottle engraved or something would be fairly cool as well. Now thats a collectable,lol

Don't get me wrong, I'm not in the AC franchise for the collectibles only. It had to be a good game to even get me interested in the franchise.
They have numerous studios around the world so I'm confident they had ample time to develop the games and of high quality..
