Yeah, I didn't have any experience of that though, I was in charge of a Group Buy here for the Artbooks and it has completely put me off doing another xx

Yeah, the whole AC3 experience with Digital River and Ubishop last year was a disaster. >.< kept trying to fob me off and not refund me for the artbooks and all the damaged AC Freedom Eds. >.< Bunch of wankers. Would avoid dealing directly with them personally.

Please can you let me know he should expect when setting up an account and then making payment? What exactly should the confirmation be so we both know that this had indeed been pre-ordered?

your friend should really do it by phone..expect to be on phone for about 30mins to 45 mins at least..and make sure he has a valid e-mail address..and good thing is you can call anytime..they answer the phone 24-7 (digital river)

Hmm, sounds like a lot of hassle and he hasn't even replied to my email request to order the game for me. Hopefully I haven't put him off lol. He is something that I work with, he is in the NY office.

Are there sales tax on top?
