Yeah pretty much. I have 2 separate orders in store. One for the game, $59.99 and one for the actual CE, $139.99

I guess this will be similar to Dragon Age Inquisitor's Edition. It will be box of stuff and game separate or somewhere to slot into. Both are made by Triforce anyway, most likely the reason why it shows it like that. Probably will be able to pick up the CE content by itself without game too.
