I sometimes by several of these big CE's to increase the odds that I'll receive one in the condition I want. However, rather than returning the unwanted ones, I do sometimes list them on eBay if the going price is more than what I paid. Quite often I have sold two unwanted CE's for a little higher than RRP, which has practically paid for the one I kept.

However, this doesn't mean I'm a scalper. I order with good intentions, and only take advantage of the current market. If the going price on eBay is higher than what I'd get as a refund, then it's a no-brainer. Most of the time the buyers are internationals who couldn't place an order in the first place, so in my eyes everybody wins

I think it's not bad i.m.o. I help the ones who couldn't place a pre-order the price is minimal the price i paid and a max of what they want to pay it's easy as that.

I usually just ask the same price I paid but if no one wants then I sell it on ebay.

Why don't you return them to give others the chance to buy it for a regular price?

You order with good intentions yes, but you resell the rest on ebay for a higher price.

I see no difference.

I buy 4 to get one in good condition, and I resell the rest on ebay for a higher price.

I buy 4 and I resell them on ebay for a higher price.
