Yeah it is an issue for people who care about boxes for sure, especially people who like to collect sealed CEs.

But I will say this, if the skimmed on the packaging so they could make the mini nuke as good as they did I am glad.

Yeah for me too really, the only issue I have with it is the fact it is not sturdy and does not protect the mini nuke (mine got some slight superficial damage but I am sure it could have been worse).

I like sturdy, intact boxes as much as I like their content. Whenever I see hefty products in poor, flimsy boxes I try to avoid them.
I've had two first hand experiences with this kind of plastic box: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Auditore Ed and TES Anthology, the AC came with an irrecuperable front bending and TES with a cracked corner, both because of the lack of elasticity of that plastic. After 100% rate bad experiences with this material I have come to hate it and Flatout's video confirmed my fear. I will buy this however because I love the nuke.

From what I remember in the UK they sold out not long after launch then they reappeared again not long after but sold out again a couple of weeks ago.

Not sure why we seemed to get so few of them.

Interestingly, I went into the listing for it through my order history just at lunch there after I was informed by someone at home that mine had arrived, so I was checking in case they were back in stock and I could order another without worrying that both would be cancelled for ordering two and I noticed the image had changed back from the "Sold Out" one to normal colour again, so I went back in and it let me order one.

Naturally I'm hoping that I get it for the sake of my partner, a big Fallout nuke with all the important games to date would make a perfect birthday gift that she'd love but honestly I'm not holding out much hope for getting it.

EDIT: Holy shit, I ordered it at 1345 and it was shipped by 1445! Phew, now I can fully enjoy mine when I get home without worrying about getting another somehow!
