Thanks for your help! I found the expansion pass by doing this and selecting "Show all add-ons". When I select the expansion pass from this screen, the only options available are "Manage" and "Pin". I assume the option to purchase would show if my code did not go through.

I received the code for the Gwent card set within 24 hours of submitting the form and placed my order.

I'm guessing no US version yet? I can't find it. Previous post said Projekt Red had indicated sellers were getting their offers together, but that was weeks ago.
