I need to know the name of the editon which the US steelbook is part of?

Is it the steelbook which is part of the Doom UAC Bundle which is available at bestbuy?

Yup UAC bundle. That steel has the guy with the helmet on the front.
Europe steel has the monster and the CE steel has the skeleton like thing with 2 guns on the shoulders. Not sure what their names are cos I'm not familiar with the game.

I think Raven's Cry Treasure Chest was never released.

And Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 had a steelbook in US/Canada. In europe it was metalpak in the CE.

I have written Pre-Order Limited Edition Steelbook because on the front of the steelbook there was a sticker marked: Limited Edition.
And I guess you only could get the steelbook as pre-order bonus at bestbuy so that is why I named it Pre-Order Limited Edition Steelbook.

Otherwise correct me if I am wrong.
