I find Ltd Edition consoles to be too expensive which is why i stick to handhelds.

Though saying that the only Ltd Edition handhelds I own is the Mario edition DSi XL and Zelda 3DS

Have a look on the tech game forums. I remember there used to be a guy in the B/S/T selling dev kits, phat and slim models. This was quite a while ago, but I'm pretty sure he was a reg there. I don't post there, or even visit that often, so I dunno!

Thay aren't that hard to come by if you know where to look for them. They even appear from time to time on eBay, although they tend to get pulled down quickly. I have several other development pieces of hardware, but I waited to get a 360 until the price of a Slim kit was reasonable, as I wouldn't want to have a RLOD on it.
