New to buying vinyl records, is there anything inherently wrong with them being a repress, or is it more the fact that they are already out there? I'd rather pay for this than go on eBay and pay about three times the price to some scalper.

Imo there's absolutely no problem with letting people know about repressed records beeing available for pre-order.

Edit: All good. I was to slow and got it wrong.

First press of FF VII and FF VIII vinyls are limited and with a serial number.

I didn't bite on these, but personally low serials aren't that important to me, I'd rather just have something I can use. I see why it might be a deal breaker for some people though.

There is a number that is usually found in the vinyl run-out. This helps to determine which pressing of a particular record you have.
