Whats up with the support... almost 4 days and still no reply yet. This happened last time... what has changed?

Last time I made a ticket about the other one being ignored... it got closed within 24 hours and the ignored one still was ignored.

I've been waiting two weeks for them to get back to me on a simple question about stock.
Ever since ThinkGeek took over their customer support has slumped.

That is what i was thinking... is it no longer Treehouse in any shape or form (i figured they weer bought but would still be run by them)? One of the greats have fallen

I used to hold them up with Amazon in terms of how well they have treated me and how fast they fix things.

TreehouseRyan had posted awhile back that they were experiencing some difficulties around the FO4 CE launch, but seems like it hasn't gotten any better. That's not good

Ryan said it is because the large volume of requests they got since the announcement of Fallout 4 Merchandise. Ryan explained to me that they have increased their staffs in the CS department, but it seems the problem is bigger than that.

It took me about 3 weeks, JUST to get a proper response from their CS to acknowledge that the prints I got are damaged. And that also because I kept bugging Ryan, to get the proper responses. Now, it has been more than 2 WEEKS, and I have yet to receive my Replacement prints. Told me it would be done 'soon', but up to now still have not received any tracking code.

Ryan has been one of the best guys here, to help us out, but there is also that much he could do.

I used to love Treehouse, as they sell things which we all love, and at a really affordable price, with really quick responses if I encountered any problem. And please dont get me started how they take care of my prints (they have only ONE job..)

The take over by ThinkGeek has been a mess so far. Extremely disappointed tbh.

*rant over*

I had no dire need but when the preorders for fo4:CE were happening, I requested a cancel of one, and it took about 2 weeks. The thing that made me less than happy was when I ordered the 3 7" bobbles. Each box came damaged even though they were in an intact cardboard box when they got to me. Which means they were probably damaged before being packed to be sent to me. Not very good quality control.

Depending on how you guys feel about it but from what I understand is that Treehouse got bought by ThinkGeek but I believe GameStop bought ThinkGeek. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, I may have mistaken it for a partnership maybe.

Either case, it might have something to do with aligning their business modules and GameStop trying to get rid of either overlap or streamlining. I'm just spitballing as I'm sure the fall game schedule isn't helping either.

Edit: Just read up on some articles after posting and, yes, it was a buyout of ThinkGeek's parent company.

I have overreacted. Just frustrated, and my rant. But still will buy from TreeHouse, love the brand (just not the way they are operating now), and some of the people there like Ryan and a Customer Service rep that I have come to know are the nicest ppl.

And like you said, the fallout announcement and all the extra things that they are selling arent helping to improve the situations either.

I can;t help but feel even with that there is no excuse for a request to go unanswered within 48 hours (mine has bee 96 hours and no repose).

48 hours is the industry standard and most companies do it within 24 hours.

Here is the thing, they do not need to solve it when they respond, but a response to say "hey, we see your ticket and are no looking into what we can do, we will get back to you with in another 48 hours" would even be acceptable.

I jsut have no sympathy for them I guess... it is poor business practices.
