Have you tried shooting an email to support over at Loot Crate? I've emailed them once or twice in the past and they were pretty helpful IIRC.

Thanks for the suggestion but there isn't much point at the moment as far as I'm aware.
They say they're refunding everyone's duplicates and that their support is that busy that they've had to call everybody in to deal with it. Plus everybody that's contacted them is supposedly just getting template messages back just now.

Yes, canned response only. I got charged for 6, which puts me in a pretty bad bind until this is all sorted out.

Looks like 5 of the 6 pending charges expired, so everything appears to be ok now. Hope the loot is worth the hassle!

So I don't know if the US is getting the same exact crate but I just got an unexpected spoiler of this crate being sold from someone in AU

If it's the EB Games Loot Bundle, it's not the same. That's just another retailer bundle (GAME in the UK also has the same one) x
