The tomahawk wouldn't be missing its broken off and has stuck be mind Connor and the plastic casing
Also I have been reeding that the chain special edition with the two hands on the over only comes in German and in2 parts? Where does it really come from?

I've been searching for it but really can't find it. but the seller admit the he sent it in that condition, and I'm really pissed that's why he sent another one for free.

Yes, the chain with that cover only comes in German. I bought it in amazon.de
