Dead Space Double Pack Metal Tin Edition

I was looking around on some Mexican auction sites for some of the Dead Space 3 Mexican steelbooks and came across this- http://articulo.mercadolibre.com.mx/...-360-nuevo-_JM.
Does anyone know what this is, it seems to be the first two Dead Space games in a metal tin.
