What Is This Crysis 3 Item?

Just as per title really, what is this item?

It has the game on the right hand side, with what appears to be a really large lithograph? - the underside of the lid has SUIT up written on it as well.

It all comes in a huge presentation box - any ideas?

The rating seems to be a US copy of the game. Probably a north american product?

Well I bought it in an auction on eBay as I had no idea what it was - tried to search for it but came up blank will inspect closer when it arrives.

Right so this item has arrived and I am not kidding the box is massive, I mean massive - the only two things in the box is a copy of the game and a limited print that seems to be on a perspex type material and is quite heavy - the print is numbered out of 30? I have asked the seller if they can help further as to what it is and where they got it.
