I just recently pick up the "The Legaia" soundtrack.
I've done a bit of research and it seems to be a pretty valuable item.
Has anyone heard anything on it?

Its the soudtrack of the legaia game? The game itself is pretty rare and one of the more famous rpgs on the playstation if I'm correct. It is indeed an item you will not find very fast. The problem is, there are not that much collectors who are collecting soundtracks.
