AC IV CE / X360 Question

Hi guys,

Is it likely that a PAL black box collector's edition would work on an NTSC-US x360. And DLC codes also work? I know it is 100% fine on ps3 but unsure about x360.

until now all AC Games where Region Free on 360, i think almost all UbiSoft games are Region Free so i think AC4 also will be Region free... but im not sure if the game while be black and white, heard something about that when you playin a PAL game on NTSC console...
