Its the EMEA (Europe middle east and Africa site) but mainly just Europe, nearly everything ships from Germany
In the address bar, it should say something like en-uk (English - UK) de-de (German - Germany)
Fr-fr(Francis - France)
And that's how you know which country you are accessing
And it defaults to the country you are in
Sooo
Its not possible for someone in France to order from en-uk
And not possible for someone from Greece to order from uk

really thanks my friend!!!! i have to say that the problem is solved!!! now i can preorder everything(pc donwload,ps4,xbone,pc) and the special edition witch is incuded is FREE

From memory, they take the money up front, then refund everything but a deposit. Then take the remainder before shipping.

In the FAQ section it says that they take money when they ship the item.

Anyhow, I made an order but nothing happened, no orders to be found in my account

Noob question but what exactly is a "future pak"? Is that like a "metal pak"?
