Hello from UK

My name is Lewis and I live in England, UK. I am 20 years old so I missed out at being able to afford a lot of the earlier collectors editions that I really liked although I am trying to buy them at the moment. I will have a little list of wanted items at the end if anyone is interested in what I am looking for.

My primary platform of gaming is the PC, however I own an Xbox 360 and PS3. So I collect for all platforms although PC is my preference.

My collection has little focus. I see something I like and I buy it. Although I do love The Elder Scrolls series and the Halo series so those two are the ones I have the most items for at this moment.

I have some of the statues from the opened CE's on a shelf but that's it. I only have one shelf for displaying stuff as all of my other shelves are full of Xbox 360/PS3/PC games . I'm looking into getting more display room but haven't fully thought out what I'm going to do yet.

Great additions -- you must not have any cats? I'd love to be able to display things on an open shelf like that but I don't think it's ever going to happen. My cats are like ninjas and there's not a shelf high enough that they couldn't get on it and swat everything down on the floor... for whatever reason they don't seem to have the same appreciation for CEs that I do?

No cats, a pet free home! It's a shame to hear that you can't display anything because I've had a look at your thread and you have some amazing CEs to display! I am mostly jealous of the Skyrim CE as I am a huge Elder Scrolls fan but at the time I did not get it and I regret it a lot.

Yeah, eventually when we move hopefully I'll have a room to display them all - just a matter of time.

Regarding the Skyrim CE - Yeah, it got marked down really cheap at a lot of stores around here but it was before I started really collecting CEs so I missed picking it up for under $40. I searched around Craigslist for over a month trying to find someone who would be willing to ship it and for under $60 (my price point) and I got it for a steal thanks to some help from a buddy on here.

Its a really nice CE overall. I like the ES series too, especially some of their lithos and stuff, just not one of my Top10 series or anything so they usually get pushed to the back for purchases. I'm sure if you keep a look out you could find one for a good price too! If I see one, I'll let you know!
