NOTE: My edition contains the print but without the signature as it was limited to the first 500 copies...the edition itself is limited to 1500 units WW
Postage is not included and I advice that the book is very heavy...For Europe I will dispatch using GLS and it will cost you in the 20 - 25 Euros depending the region.
For any other country I expect that the shipping cost will be between 50 - 60 Euros.
