Atm I don't know any other steelbook for this game released outside of Canada. But normally Futureshop sells their steelbooks separately after giving out those for pre-orders. So it should be easy to get one to the US.

Indeed, and there's usually a kind Canadian or two around here who offers to do a group-buy as well.

I know it won't be too difficult to obtain regardless. I just hate the lack of U.S. steelbook releases. I'd preorder a lot more games if they came with steelbook preorders!
