The Far Cry 4 steel your looking for is the Futureshop one. If a FS is still open around you, maybe you can find one there for $10.

I've got the Tomb Raider one but shipping it to Canada would probably cost more than the steel is worth.

Future Shop merged with Best Buy but I understand you can still by FS steels from them...

Can you let me know how much with the cheapest shipping like lettermail? I saw some from Italy on ebay but none of them say G2 so I'm not sure.
