Are we even getting a physical edition in NA?

Still a strong possibility that we will, but this is also being handled by Marvelous' XSeed division which still has three games that we know of coming out for the Vita this year.:

• Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders From Planet Space (9/15)
• Corpse Party: Blood Drive (10/13)
• The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel (11/17)

Their should be some follow up news to the E3 announcement concerning when in the 1st quarater of 2016 they plan to release Estival Versus in North America once one or more of those titles have launched.
