Well... my replacement prints haven't been delivered to me after 2 months.
The latest prints I got 5 out of 7 have minor creases at the edge of the paper. I don't even bother to submit any ticket. Flatout has similar experience too. At this point, I am thinking to call my credit card company and get my refund back from the replacement prints that took so long to send.
