The X-CLUSIVE Limited Edition is still available for the moment, but the website seems to be having technical issues at time of this posting.
The X-OTIC Limited Edition Sold out of the allocated pre-order copies a few days ago. They now have a waiting list for those who were hoping to buy a copy to see if anyone cancels there order.

This version appears to be equivalent to the US X-OTIC Limited Edition. However, the plastic sheet in the US version has been replaced with a Vinyl Anti-static Cloth.
