The Total War: WARHAMMER High King Edition will be produced in a single, extremely limited run.

Modelled on the legendary Book of Grudges, the High King Edition will ship in a large ornate presentation box, featuring metallic gold and 3D sculpted detail in the iconic Dwarfen style. Contained within is a host of treasures guaranteed to sate the gold-lust of the mightiest Dwarfen High King; including:

• Grudge Ring: This quality metal ring, with a rotating inner band is perfect to spin whilst brooding over grudges and plotting revenge. Six numbered bevels on the inner hoop allow the ring to double as a fully functioning die, perfect for determining those crucial outcomes in any table top games.
• Slayer’s Whetstone Pendant: Made of genuine, functional whetstone and inscribed with the talismanic Master Rune of Spite, this hefty trinket would be treasured and jealously guarded by any self-respecting Slayer, who aims to keep a keen edge on their blades.

Thanks Raven. Saw this earlier and SO WISH they were releasing a console edition. Those are some high quality items. And to think, this is supposed to be the first of a trilogy. Hope they give the other 2 the same CE treatment as this looks pretty great!

I like the CE. The super thick book fits perfectly the huge lore of Warhammer.

I actually hope they make another Warhammer Space Marine game... that one was underrated in my opinion.

Probably because not many people bought it up front, since it requires payment on order, so they then decided to just cap the orders at 5000 so that it is: 1) Gonna be made more popular due to its' limitedness, and 2) Won't be as much of a financial risk (ie: 50,000+ made and not numbered, and only 5,000 sell so the rest need multiple price drops down the line) xx

I have waffled back and forth over ordering this as well. I like what it includes and am a Warhammer fan and like the Total War series as well. Consider that, it seems logical to get it, but I think you are right that a lot of people are passing on this and it may crash in value which bothers me.

I don't buy game related things solely to watch them appreciate, but I hate seeing something halve in value a few weeks after release. Plus, shipping to the US is high, but I guess this is pretty heavy.
