Notice the second part of the flyer, I cant translate anything but it says Future Pak and the designs resembles the Amazon DE version

Many stores don't know the difference, they're all metal cases as far as they're concerned. You'll probably find it's the same steelbook, but in Japanese.

Agreed but I've generally seen a metal case mentioned as Steelbook or something along that lines but never seen a Steelbook being mentioned as a Future Pak so was wondering

GEO is a japanese retailer, you´d need someone from Japan to order it or use a proxy site.

The ad mentions it will only be given to those who pre-order, if you don´t pre-order you don´t get it.

I wish they mentioned whether the steelbook will be the standard G1 or G2 size or will it be a custom one the size of a Vita case.

For those of you who are not sure about this, there is an Uncharted 4 metalpak. I just got mine. It has the same art as the EU U4 steelbook, but it's a metalpak with Japanese text.
